Senior Managers of Aidcopress
This line has the capability and capacity to paint various car parts according to quality control standards of Peugeot and Renault France, and other valid international standards. The surface preparation process is designed to completely degrease the part, and after going through surface activation and applying tri-cationic phosphate coating (zinc, nickel, manganese) and rinsing with distilled water, the part enters the cathodic painting stage. In this stage, epoxy black paint is electrically applied with a thickness of about 20 ± 2 microns. The applied paint layer can resist corrosion with at least 700 hours of salt spray test. Other advantages of this painting method include high material usage efficiency, uniform and continuous coating thickness, and environmental friendliness due to minimal emission of HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants).
